3. There are 4 types of non-jural law. Divine, natural, moral and physical. If you are to practice just one type of the non-jural law for the entire existence of your life, what would it be and why?

I will prefer a moral law. In my own understanding, the meaning of moral law is capable of making distinction between right and wrong and the Ten Commandments do just that which in a simplistic and straightforward way that clearly make the distinction between right and wrong behavior.
It also makes the distinction between right and wrong actions. God's Law is the ultimate Moral Law. And because it is very much use in my entire being as a human even though I am Christian it doesn't mean that I don't want to practice the divine law, it will always be in my heart to have a strong faith and the from my childhood that my parents and grandparents teach me at a young age started at 6 on how to know the rosary and angelus.
It will always be my passion to love God above all but I'm much  comfortable to practice right now about moral laws so that I can give myself a free will to decide between good and bad. And for this present and future, I want to be GOOD all time; good behavior, good actions and good characteristics.

2. According to the definition of ethics, it can be connected to the norms or custom of the society. What could be ethical to one could be unethical to another. If this is the case, in which ethics seem to be subjective in nature, why is there a need to study computer ethics at all? Support your opinion with facts.

The Computer Ethics Institute constructed a rules which are the Ten Commandments of computer ethics to be able aware of those computer crimes and computer fraud. Ethics is a set of moral principles that govern the behavior of a group or individual. Therefore, computer ethics is set of moral principles that regulate the use of computer.

Some of this common issues right now is the duplicate copyrighted software or electronic content and this action is unethical. As technology advances, computers continue to have a greater impact on society. Therefore, it promotes the discussion such as artificial intelligence and human communication.

As the world of computers evolves, computer ethics continues to create ethical standards that address new issues raised by new technologies.

1. If you are to become a part of the VSU team who will formulate a handbook like that of Virginia University, give at least 2 policies that you want to be implemented in VSU or even just for CS students like you, regarding computing . Also include sanction or sort of punishment to those who will violate the said policy.

a. During the laboratory you should never do anything that harms another user or prevents him or her from getting work done. If anything goes wrong to your computer that being use, ask permission to your instructor that you want to change a computer and you may not interfere with others ability to make use of the resources. If this policy cannot be follow you will have a warning for the first offense and if you violate again, you will be out the class session on the same time you violate this policy.

b. Any computer account created for you by your respected instructor, you are responsible for this account, and you may not allow any other person to use it. The purpose of your account is to allow you to carry out your computing assignments and other in-structural activities. And you may not try to use equipment or accounts that you are not allowed to use. It is a very strict policy. If this policy cannot be follow at first, you are giving a chance to prove that you only do this with the person you allow to use it and if you violate again, your parents will receive a letter and being requested to come over at school.
