    a. Thou shalt not use computer to harm environments and animals.

       It is an addition to the number 1 ethics. The environment is clearly harmed by the production and use of computers, and by the disposal of waste computers.

      b. Thou shalt not use computer for fraud.

        It is similar to number 1 ethics but much more intentional. It is against the law because it harms very much to the people especially in trade business online.
